Shipping & Delivery
USA SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.
INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: We do not ship to international destinations at the moment.
MILITARY APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES: We do ship to APO/FPO and DPO addresses. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. During checkout, replace the city name with “APO ” or “FPO”, or “DPO” and the state with “AA,” “AE,” or “AP,” and use a special ZIP Code. All APO / FPO / DPO shipments must be made by using the United States Post Office (USPS).
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES: No, we cannot ship to P.O. box addresses.
ORDER TRACKING: A Tracking Number will be assigned to each package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also track your order status at any time online via your order page.
SHIPPING METHODS: We offer three shipping methods for online orders. Number of shipping days begins when order is shipped, not when order is placed. Number of days for delivery is not guaranteed.
- Free (1 – 7 Days – Standard shipping)
- Expedited (1 – 3 Days), and
Most packages will be shipped using USPS. Smaller size orders typically are sent using USPS, with UPS and FedEx shipping the larger orders.
2020 HOLIDAY OBSERVANCES: Orders will not be processed or shipped on the following dates in 2020:
- President’s Day – Monday, February 17
- Memorial Day – Monday, May 25
- Independence Day [Observed] – Friday, July 3
- Labor Day – Monday, September 7
- Thanksgiving – Thursday, November 26 + Friday, November 27
- Christmas – Thursday, December 24 + Friday, December 25
- New Year’s Day – Friday, January 1
PROCESSING TIME: Orders take 1 to 3 days to process, and delivery times are estimated from the day of shipping.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES: We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each address.
SHIPPING TO HOTELS: We can deliver to your hotel. Please provide the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates that you will be staying there, in the “comments” area when you place your order so that we can have your package delivered within the given time frame. If we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we will contact you to give you prior notice.
OUT OF STOCK: In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.
SHORT SHIPMENT: A short shipment happens when we ship to you fewer items than were ordered. For example, we might ship to you only two of a certain item even though you placed an order for three. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible if we will be able to ship the remaining items later, or if we will have to cancel them.
PRE-ORDERING: You may be able to pre-order some items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. The Pre-Order message will appear on the product detail pages. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be authorized for the price of pre-order as a pending charge. However, we will not charge your credit card for the order until your pre-ordered item(s) actually get shipped.
SHIPPING FEES: For purchases, the customer is responsible for all charges related to shipping the item(s). Packaging and shipping charges are non-refundable.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: In the event an item is damaged during the shipping process, you will have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know. You will need to take a picture of the damages and then email the pictures you took, along with the order number to: hello@wikklejuice.com.
After we receive your email, we will determine whether we need you to send the damaged item(s) to us. If so, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to use to return the damaged items to us. Should you decide to return the item(s) with a different courier, the shipping will be at your expense and we do not guarantee in case of loss, damage or theft.
