Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To ease your mind, we offer free “No Hassle” returns if you change your mind about any purchase.
We are happy to accommodate your decision as long as the following conditions are met:
- Request for a refund must occur within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
- Candles must have a new, uncut, and unburnt wick(s).
- The item(s) you are returning must be in new condition with original packaging.
- The item(s) must not be a Gift Card. We cannot process refunds for Wikklejuice gift cards.
- Free “No Hassle” returns. Shipping costs to return an item to us will be paid by Wikklejuice. If you choose to ship your return with a different carrier, you will need to cover the shipping charges.
- The item(s) can only be returned from the same location it was delivered to.
- For refunds, we will refund your original method of payment.
- Occasionally, we will specify items that are not eligible for return or refund on our website.
RETURNS FORM: In your package, you will find a printed return form and your return instructions. Kindly follow the directions provided to request your return and send us the item(s). Be sure to include the form inside your package when you ship the item(s) to us. If you cannot find the form, you can download a new form using the link below. Adobe PDF reader is required.

RETURNS FORM WITH INSTRUCTIONS
CANDLES: We realize that some scents just don’t have the olfactory appeal that you thought it would. For this reason, we always include a sample of the same scent as the candle you purchased with your package. Before burning the candle, experiment first with the scent sample. Unfortunately, once a candle has been lit, it cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES: If you want to exchange an item for another item(s), simply return the first item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you want.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, it cannot be cancelled.
AUTHORIZED RESELLERS: You can purchase a variety of Wikklejuice products from our Authorized Resellers, both in-store and online. We can only offer warranty replacements, not refunds, for products purchased from these resellers. Any full refund returns will need to be made through the designated reseller and in accordance with their return policy.
MISSING ITEMS: If items were ordered, but were not included in your package, use section “B” on the Returns Form.
SHIPPING FEES: There are no return shipping charges. We will cover the costs of shipping to Wikklejuice. If you choose to return your item(s) with a shipping carrier of your choice, then you will need to pay the shipping charges. All Cash On Delivery (COD) packages will be refused.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: In the event an item is damaged during the shipping process, you will have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know. You will need to take a picture of the damages and then email the pictures you took, along with the order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
After we receive your email, we will determine whether we need you to send the damaged item(s) to us. If so, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to use to return the damaged items to us. Should you decide to return the item(s) with a different courier, the shipping will be at your expense and we do not guarantee in case of loss, damage or theft.
For shipping damage, use section “C” on the Returns Form.
GIFT RETURNS: Gift items returned will be refunded to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the shipping date. Please ensure all other return conditions are met.
GIFT CARDS: Gift Cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items marked as “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or “As Is” are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: The 30-day return policy will be extended for the holidays. Orders submitted November 14th through December 14th will have until January 14th to initiate the return process. Please note that these returns must reach us by January 31st to receive a refund.
DISCONTINUED & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Occasionally, we no longer sell an item, or we are out of stock. If your item was damaged in the shipping process, or we failed to include it in your shipment, then we might not be able to send you a replacement. If this happens, we will issue your choice of a refund or a store credit.
DEFECTS AND WARRANTY RETURNS: We take pride in the products we make, and we back that up with a guarantee against defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any defective item under warranty will be replaced immediately with our compliments. Send a request using our contact form.
SEND US YOUR PACKAGE: Please ensure that all items are packed with care and are sufficiently protected from damage that could occur during shipping. A tracking number and insurance is recommended.
